A recent study shows Physical Inactivity during childhood creates a big problem of heart risk in the future. In spite of being a normal weight person and maintaining blood pressure, if you are not living an active life in childhood, that leads to heart attack and strokes. 

A on inactive childhood found that children whose screen time is more than six hours a day are more likely to have cardiac damage when they reach young adulthood. Study shows that physically active children had a lower risk of getting a heart attack or any cardiovascular issue.

In that study, there were children between the ages of 11,15, and 24 and they were equipped with smartwatch-type devices that would track their health condition for seven days. 

The examiners discovered that for every additional minute of sitting from ages 11 to 24, there was a corresponding increase of 0.004 g/m2.7 in left ventricular mass over time which leads to heart disease.
